7. Applicable Law

This legal notice is governed by French law. In case of dispute, and failing amicable agreement, the dispute will be brought before the French courts in accordance with applicable jurisdiction rules.

8. Intermediary Status

MySquad acts as a technical and payment intermediary. Sports services are provided exclusively by partner studios, who are solely responsible for their execution.

For any dispute relating to a sports service, users must contact the relevant partner studio directly. Partner studios are required to offer their clients a consumer mediation system in accordance with applicable regulations.
