MySquad is an intermediary platform that enables users to discover and book fitness classes offered by independent partner studios.

Important: MySquad acts solely as a technology intermediary. Classes are provided by independent partner studios who are solely responsible for their services.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By using MySquad, you fully accept these Terms of Use. If you do not accept these terms, you must not use the platform.

3. Registration and User Account

3.1 Account Creation

To access certain features of MySquad, you must create an account by providing accurate and up-to-date information.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

3.2 Registration Requirements

To register, you must:

Be at least 18 years old or have authorization from a legal guardian
Provide accurate and complete information
Accept these Terms of Use and the Terms of Sale
Accept our Privacy Policy

4. Platform Use

4.1 User Commitments

By using MySquad, you agree to:

Use the platform in accordance with its intended purpose and applicable laws
Not use the platform for illegal or fraudulent purposes
Not attempt to bypass the platform's security measures
Not distribute inappropriate, defamatory, or illegal content
Respect the intellectual property rights of MySquad and third parties
Provide accurate information when making reservations

4.2 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

Impersonating another person
Creating multiple accounts for the same person
Reselling or transferring your account to a third party
Using robots, scripts, or other automated means to access the platform
Extracting or copying data from the platform without authorization
Contacting studios directly to avoid platform fees

5. Class Booking

5.1 Booking Process

Class booking is done online through the platform. You will receive a confirmation email once payment is completed.

5.2 Booking Confirmation

A booking is only confirmed after payment validation. MySquad reserves the right to refuse or cancel a booking in case of suspected fraud or violation of these Terms.

6. Liability and Limitation of Warranty

6.1 Intermediary Status

MySquad acts solely as a technology intermediary between users and partner studios. MySquad does not provide fitness classes and is not responsible for their quality, content, or execution.

6.2 Partner Studio Liability

Partner studios are solely responsible for:

The quality and safety of classes provided
The qualifications and training of their instructors
Compliance of their facilities with safety standards
Obtaining appropriate professional insurance
Compliance with applicable regulations for their activity
Any personal injury or property damage occurring during classes

6.3 Limitation of MySquad's Liability

MySquad cannot be held liable for:

Injuries or accidents occurring during classes
Cancellation or rescheduling of a class by a partner studio
The quality of services provided by partner studios
Disputes between users and partner studios
Damages resulting from interruption or malfunction of the platform
Loss of data due to circumstances beyond our control

6.4 Platform Availability

MySquad strives to maintain the platform accessible 24/7, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. The platform may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance or in case of force majeure.

7. Health and Safety

7.1 Medical Fitness

By booking a class, you certify that you are in good physical condition and able to practice the relevant sports activity. It is your responsibility to consult a doctor before engaging in any physical activity, especially if you have health concerns.

7.2 Assumption of Risk

You acknowledge that sports activities involve inherent risks of injury. By participating in a class, you accept these risks with full knowledge.

7.3 Medical Disclosure

It is your responsibility to inform the partner studio of any medical condition, injury, or physical limitation before the class begins.

9. Intellectual Property

All elements of the MySquad platform (trademarks, logos, texts, images, videos, structure, design, etc.) are protected by copyright, trademark law, and other intellectual property rights.

Any unauthorized reproduction, representation, modification, or exploitation of all or part of the platform is strictly prohibited and constitutes infringement.

10. Suspension and Termination

10.1 Suspension by MySquad

MySquad reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account, without notice or compensation, in case of:

Violation of these Terms of Use
Fraud or attempted fraud
Inappropriate behavior towards partner studios or other users
Non-payment or repeated cancellations
Abusive use of the platform

10.2 Termination by User

You may request the deletion of your account at any time by contacting us at contact@mysquad.me. Your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

11. Modification of Terms

MySquad reserves the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Changes take effect upon publication on the platform. It is your responsibility to regularly check the Terms for any modifications.

By continuing to use the platform after the Terms are modified, you accept the new conditions.

12. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Use are governed by French law. In case of dispute, and failing an amicable agreement, the dispute will be brought before the competent French courts.
